• 1. Participants should possess valid travel documents, obtain in advance the valid visa for entry to a third country or returning to Hong Kong if so planned and needed after the tour.
• 2. All diplomat passport holders must apply China visa personally at the visa office in Hong Kong before making reservations.
• 3. Should the itinerary or means of transportation be changed or the tour be prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances, all extra expenses will be borne and paid in cash on the spot participants.
• 4. The tour charge cover China visa fee, transportation,lunch and English speaking guide service as per itineraries.
• 5. The tour charge do not cover insurance and expenses of personal nature. Participants are recommended to protect your trip with suitable insurance on own arrangement and costs.
• 6. Participant whose health is impaired through illness or pregnancy is advised not to take the tour.

1. The Company acts only in the capacity of an agent for clients in transportation and sightseeing. All coupons, receipts and ticket issued by the Company are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the suppliers. The Company shall be exempt from any liabilities for loss, injury or damage to property or person, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrence beyond its control
2. For the same reason as stated above, the Company shall not be held responsible for any loss should tour itinerary or means and timing of transportation be changed due to unforeseen circumstances
3. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss to be suffered during the tour by any passenger who is due to some reasons refused to re-enter Hong Kong by the local immigration or Police Authorities of Hong Kong

Pick-up Service
Participants are requested to check carefully in advance the pick-up time and place as indicated on the tour coupon. In the event our morning pick-up service is not duly rendered due to heavy traffic, participants are kindly requested to wait at the pick-up spot until our escort arrives.
